C.S. Osborne Swivel Cutters & Replacement Blades

C.S. Osborne swivel cutters, often called swivel knives, carve smooth curved and straight cuts into vegetable-tanned leather for tooling, stamping, and decorative designs. The No. 444 plain cutter takes a 3/8" blade, and the adjustable No. 446 comes with 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" blades. Replacement blades are sold individually. See Edge Tools for finishing carved pieces.
