Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policies


  • Products may not be returned without proper authorization from Ward & Kennedy Company. Please contact Customer Service to see if your item is eligible for return. Any item that is custom made, specialty cuts or made to order is non-returnable.
  • Standard items have 30 days to be returned from the delivery date. All returns must be unused, in good condition and sent back in its original packaging.
  • If you believe your item was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days from the delivery date.
  • All Sales are Final on Closeout items.


  • We will inspect the item upon its arrival. If your return is approved, we will process a credit and the refund will go back to your credit card or its original method of payment.
  • If the return is not approved, we will contact you.


  • Cancellations vary on the item that is being ordered. Please contact Customer Service for further information.

Restocking Fee

  • We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
